sick and tired

i'm sick and tired of puke. james threw up his breakfast all over himself and his carseat this morning right as we were pulling into the parking lot at therapy. i changed his clothes in the parking lot, in the cold... then he went to playcare, and then he threw up again at my wic appointment after eating just a few crackers... twice in one day... which isn't out of the ordinary, but is definately MUCH harder when we're out and about.

i talked to his GI nurse practitioner on the phone yesterday. i really like her. she listens to me and takes us seriously. she dosen't give me dumb ideas for dealing with the puke, or act like i could easily make him stop by just giving him small, frequent meals, making him sit upright, and all that crap. however, she doesn't really have any solid treatment options for us :( we talked about nissen surgery. we will talk more when i see her at the clinic in chico in february.

time for us to stay home for a few days.
