well, Seth had the day off today... no work.. it's raining, and things are slow.. he made the best of it, though, and put in the last few cabinets in the kitchen, and the range hood over the stove. it looks soooo good. i am happy. now, he is in Magalia looking at another job he might be able to do. i hope these "no work" days don't get more and more frequent as our economy goes down the drain... but i am trying to look at it as a blessing - that he gets to be home...
James is napping (i hope) .. in my bed, because we still haven't recieved the blinds for his room that i ordered weeks ago, and i already gave away his long curtains, so there's just valances in there.. it's too much light for him to sleep. he hasn't been napping very well lately. maybe he's getting too old.
i am having coffee with my friend, ashley at 2pm when my grandma comes over to hang out with James for a little bit. that will be fun. i'm excited to get out of the house for a few minutes.
i'm actually enjoying the rain a little bit. i'm not too sick of it yet. which is quite odd for me. but i'm sure i will be fed up before it actually clears up for good - usually not until may or june... just in time for the baby.
we have a date for James' MRI - it will be March 10th, and we will see the neuro the same day. we will make a decision about surgery that day. i think my mom's gonna come with us, which will be good..
then, it's back down to Sac a few days later, on the 14th.. but this time for fun. i'm having a "daddy / daughter" date with my dad and lyndsey. we're going to have breakfast in chico at Sin of Cortez - the yummiest breakfast and lunch place.. and then we're off to IKEA in Sacramento for the day. i need to start making a list of all the wonderful things i at least want to LOOK at while we're there... and i better set a budget, because i definately could go crazy.
until next time...
