I forgot to add that i also had 4 fig newtons yesterday... oops!
Breakfast this morning:
Oatmeal with walnuts, nectarines, sugar in the raw, and a splash of 1% milk (yes, i switched to 1% - there's less cholesterol...)
Black Tea with vanilla extract and sugar in the raw, and a splash of 1% milk
Unfortunately, I LOVE cheese, and that is going to be one of the hardest things to limit.
